Our base of operations is the historic Estancia Sierra Nevada, a striking setting where the Andes meet the shrubby steppe.
We are located 250 kilometres from El Calafate, in a corner of Santa Cruz Province where silence reigns and the horizons are endless. As one of the finest options for horseback excursions near El Calafate, yet outside the traditional tourist circuit, we guarantee a complete sense of seclusion and exclusivity. There are no crowds here, only the vastness of the land, lakes of glacial turquoise water, and wildlife roaming free.

Our Land, Our Horses
Cabalgatas La Hermandad was born from a deep respect for our surroundings and a lifetime devoted to life in the countryside. We are proud hosts, living in, caring for, and exploring this corner of southern Argentina.
To us, the horse is far more than a means of transport: it is our inseparable companion. We know each of our animals and work as a team with them. Our philosophy is rooted in genuine Patagonian hospitality: opening the gates of our home, sharing our customs, the ritual of the fire, and a good mate while gazing out at the mountains.

- 1-Day Rides: The perfect option for immersing yourself in country life. We explore the surroundings of the estancia, ride along rivers, and enjoy a traditional lunch cooked over the fire with the finest views of the mountains.
- Multi-Day Expeditions (2 to 5 Days): The ultimate adventure. We venture deep into the territory, camping on nights where the only lights are millions of stars. Days of complete disconnection, where time is measured by the sunlight and the pace of the horses.
- Tailor-Made Itineraries: No rigid schedules and no large groups. We adapt to your level of riding experience to ensure safety, enjoyment, and a genuine connection with the surroundings.
